These are awesome for use while sleeping
I go through a lot of earbuds as I wear them all night, mostly because I need to block out snoring but also because I fall asleep watching films every night. After all my searching for a set that are A, comfortable and B, have good battery life I think I have finally found the best set ever.I always use foam tips and have loads of spares but none of the exact ones for these but comply T200's do fit, they do make these a bit longer than they should be and I think that could be why they are so comfortable. After 8 hours last night they still had life left to use but all be it only a little, tried some B&O E8's the other day and they didn't even last 3 hours so these are much better. You really can't go wrong with these if you are like me and sleep with earbuds in.

A stern warning for potential buyers, do not buy!
From my experience, I could not warn enough people to stay away from LG and their products... it's no wonder they have a shocking Trustpilot rating of 1.3/5.Sure, the product itself is good, battery to sound quality was pleasant. However, in the 9 months of owning this product, they were sent to be repaired under the manufactures guarantee 3 times. Within 4 months they had broken down, then the construction of the earpiece came apart and the manufactures glue began to leak (just utterly unpleasant). Then, when they return from repair the second time, the manufactures had caused more damage to the case itself to cause it to not function well at all.In regards to parts available, there are none - a cleaver way so that if anything goes wrong, LG will make you buy another one and bin the pair you have. The silicon eartips provided with the earbuds came loose and one of them got lost as it fell to the ground as I removed the product from its case. Constant calls back and forth to LG did not resolve this, as they said they do not make or sell this part... if that is the case, how at all they ship it with the earbuds in the first place is beyond me.LG customer service is the absolute worst I've ever come across, absolutely abhorrent. Exceedingly long wait times to be then followed by abrupt, unhelpful and rude staff. Once telling me a replacement tip was unavailable (as they are a unique design), i asked "you're telling me I now have earphones I bought for around £90, not a year old and I can't use them properly, is that correct", she then hung up. Disgraceful, be warned. Do not put yourself through this, do not waste your money, spend it elsewhere one quality that lasts.

Good earbuds with feature of UV cleaning
I use earphones a lot like for attending calls or listening to music or watching videos. For me, what attracted me to this pair is the UV feature. Earphones/buds tend to get dirty and UV cleaning is a good way to make sure they are microbes free. So far, I have used this pair almost everyday for at least 1-2 hours. From sound perspective, they do great job with good bass and treble. I am impressed with the clarity I get while listening to music. The call clarity is good and without any issues. Many a times, I took/made calls in stores when I was wearing mask and these picked up my voice very easily without the need for me to shout or raise me voice. It also has ambient sound feature using which you can hear sounds from around you, without taking these earbuds off your ears. The battery life matches what is stated on Amazon. The charging/UV case is well designed and is high standard, with USB C charging point.I like the smart feature of music turning off when I take an earbud off.At £107, it is a costly pair but if you look, they are top end earbuds along with UV cleaning feature which I think justifies the price.

Gimmicky earbuds.
LG is a brand which I have always trusted, in fact right now we have two LG televisions in the house, and one of them has given us trouble free service for well over a decade. So I was surprised when these Tone Free wireless buds arrived and they turned out to be so ordinary. If I hadn't known who they were made by I might even have said that they were a no-name generic product costing thirty pounds or so, rather than something which would set you back three or four times as much. The charging case is small and connects up by USB-C but there is no wireless option (which there really should be), while the buds themselves are chunky and fit reasonably well. I've had no issues with comfort. Pairing is simple and the connection is stable, and the sound quality was perfectly OK if nothing special. All of these things are exactly what I'd expect from any set of entry level budget earbuds, which at this price these clearly are not. Even the battery life is poor at 18 hours (total) when other manufacturers boast double that and more. There is no noise cancelling facility, and again I'd be expecting at least an attempt at that. In the end what you're left with is a very cheap product which relies on a gimmick to sell itself. Coming at the end of a worldwide pandemic, LG are selling these with an Ultra Violet antibacterial charging case. Yes, that's right, your ears are apparently so disgusting that you need to zap your earbuds every time in order to rid yourself of bacteria. A solution looking for a problem? And of course you have absolutely no way whatsoever of knowing if this is working, let alone whether your ears were even that filthy in the first place. If these were a premium product with premium features and sound quality then I would see the UV facility as being a pretty neat USP, but as it is it feels instead like all they've done is taken a very dull set of wireless earbuds and cynically tacked on something which plays on people's anxieties in order to justify a high price.Maybe LG should stick to TVs in the future.
