Purchased a new home that had been smoked in for 20 years and had pine wood paneling for walls in the main living area, so couldn't really be repainted without ruining it. Ran two different ozone machines for a few hours for 3 days which got rid of the majority of the smell, but needed something appropriate to wash the wood and all the years of nicotine build up. This worked great, the wood smells of a nice almost cinnamon scent, and clean and no more cigarette smoke smell or nicotine. I do feel it would have struggled without the two step process of the ozone machines first but hard to say for sure without doing it without that first. Overall though I'd say this works as intended.

This works so well! I used it to clean lvp in the new house I bought. House had a gross odor and every surface needed to be washed. This product is highly concentrated and smells great. It really dealt with the gross smell in this house. I will be having this product on hand from now on!

Read reviews on a lot of products and this seamed to be the only one people said actually worked for them. I have a15 year old pup that has and accident every once in a while. Scrubbed up the last one and sprayed this stuff into the carpet. Once it dried out the was zero smell from the area. Great stuff.

I think it would work on normal lite urine smell but did not get rid of the smell in my rental. It should be said that I was treating urine soaked Plywood flooring. Directions said mix 8oz per gallon on heavy urine. I mixed 10oz per gallon and sprayed it on heavy two application. It helped but did not eliminate it completely. I then used heavy mix of bleach and that made the biggest effect.
