I slouch, a lot. I get mines at by the other half (the better half) so I thought I’d shut her up by getting this.This is surprisingly effective and after a Few times of wear it’s really comfortable to wear.This fits nicely but I’m not the biggest of builds, and this has adjustable straps which are at fair fit.A nice padding on this and nothing sharp like exposed nylon or anything like others I’ve seen. This appears fairly durable and I would say with washable because of the composition.If your a smaller build and looking for something like this, this should do the job!

I brought this for my daughter as she is always slumped over her desk studying due to online lectures and i have noticed that this has severely affected how her posture is. This belt has really forced her to train her back to be straight and to stop any problems with her spine to occur. Something like this is such a good investment to make and with the price of this product it really is worth it. The straps are adjustable so you can build up the tightness of the harness and slowly train your back into a good posture. Good posture makes a world of a difference and I can't stress this enough and this product helped my daughter get that. She looks a lot more confident when she walks now and i know this will prevent any future back problems further down the line. I would 10/10 recommend this to anyone who is considering on buying this.

This product did not come in a range of sizes therefore one assumed that is would fit a range of body sizes.I am 42 inch chest man, and normally take large size in clothing. This brace was nowhere near big enough for me . So we tried on my wife UK dress size 8-10, again it was too small for comfort. I cannot imagine who this is meant to fit. The instructions were poor and it came with two pads without indication where or how to use them Finally it came with freebie compression knee support or at least that is what I think it was. All nicely made but of no use.

I've tried many back supports and honestly this is the best 👌I highly recommend this for females as there is no strap running under your breast causing pain. This really holds you upright and follow instructions because it says 4 hours per day. The accessories provided extra comfort too for under arms and across the back do use them because at first the brace is comfortable but as the day wears on 4 hours on these will be needed as we naturally slump

Have been using it for a couple of days now and what I felt since the first day, was that at the end of the day I did not have a neck pain which I only felt when working from home.In the long term perhaps I will see results also in my posture but for now very happy with this product. It also fit my husband which is great.

Over the last year of working at home, my posture has gotten really bad and I am developing a hump at the top of my back. I've bought another posture corrector in the past which only bunched up and did nothing. With this, it has instantly pulled my shoulders back and I simply cannot assume my slumped position, so good!

I have tried many posture corrector as my job requires sitting for longer , however wasn't happy about many.This product is very easy to use and is adjustable which helps a lot.. Been using it for few days now and definitely see a difference in my sitting posture .. Worth trying

Finally I found something that’s suitable for my back, I’ve looking for something I could wear underneath my clothes and be comfortable. And it was either too thick and big either too fluffy, this product is in between and it REALLY help!Using it for more than a week now it’s already showing effect on my posture!I’m really happy
