My husband has difficulty not only falling asleep but achieving a deep level of sleep. He drinks a cup about an hour before bed. It doesn't help him fall asleep but it does help him achieve a deep level of REM sleep which he rarely experienced before drinking this tea. This tea may help someone else fall asleep as well, everyone reacts differently. His health issues really mess with his sleep cycle.It took about a week before he noticed that it was helping. He did notice a big difference when he missed taking it a couple of times. I'll be ordering more bags. This tea was reasonably priced as well.To make, he steeps the tea for 10 minutes. He does likes the taste of the tea. I did tell him before he tried it, "if you don't care for the flavor it's only a cup. Remember this is medicine and as long as it helps and is tolerable, drink it!" Thankfully he enjoys the taste so it it's a win all around.

One of the only teas that helps me get and stay asleep. I've tried melotonin etc, but without abusing cold medication when insomnia hits, this and a nice hot shower before bed actually let's me sleep. I adore it. It tastes a bit odd, but fans of herbal tea won't find issue. I'd imagine beer fans might not actually mind if they're not usually tea drinkers. There doesn't need to be overlap as it does not taste like beer but the hoppy herby mix is something unique.

I combine this with black and green tea, and this gives it a pleasant taste. It didn't make me sleepy, just relaxed which was nice. I've reordered it.
