The Satin - Pac 8" x 10 3/4 works great between Steaks, Pork chops, chicken, cubed steak, Pork Cutlets and many other cuts of meat that way if you don't want to wait for them to thaw out you can take a butter knife and pop them apart while they are still frozen for the grill.

I do like these but why do they have to be so expensive?

These are the greatest things around if you buy "family packs" of meat, or hunt and wish to store it...they're convenient to separate meat products in two-packs (or singles) when purchased in bulk, or, if you hunt and do your own cutting, they really help eliminate a lot of freezer burn...discovered them in a butcher shop (he was using them) and started using them myself, but rarely find them on retail shelves. Great product, quick shipment, and now I have enough to last quite a while (10 pack of 1000 is what I bought).

Started working with polymer clay and have been told by experts that use this product to keep their canes etc clean and safe.

These are handy for many needs, from packaging food for freezing to covering meat that's waiting to be BBQ'd. Quick and easy to cover a glass of whatever with a rubber band around the rim, saving the trouble of wrestling out a small piece of cling wrap. Also lined a small loaf pan of homemade ice cream.Had to buy a lifetime supply, but so many uses is worth the investment.
