Dometic Atwood 15033 Air Conditioner - Air Command 15K BTU Ducted RV AC with Heat Pump

Just what I was looking for. Matches the other one that's on the rv. I think people that ordered these just didn't know what they were trying to get. Crate that it came in was very well built!

Aún cuando te lo venden como un producto domestic, es incompatible con el sistema de termostato y cableado domestic. Fui a un dealer de partes de RV para descubrir que está unidad está descontinuada y que no venden el termostato para Atwood ya más. He tratado de contactar a domestic y espero su respuesta con solución. No me molesta comprar algún extra si esta cosa por la que esperé varios días en Miami ,funcionara. Para mi, hasta ahora es una estafa.

We ordered this to replace a Dometic AC unit that died. We have an Atwood for our 2nd unit and it is quiet and works great so we thought we we replace our loud Dometic with a quite unit similar to our 2nd unit. We installed the unit and it would not blow cold air, we called the manufacturer for support and they told us the panel was bad and that the unit is obsolete and is not returnable. Our only option was to use their warranty service. We live full-time in our RV and it's not possible to take it to a dealer as we are currently 2+ hour from any dealer. As of now we have had no AC for 2 weeks in a record summer for heat and no idea when or how we will get this issue resolved. Amazon has been no help other than to contact the seller and tell us it is not returnable.If the product is obsolete they shouldn't be selling it!
