I really wanted to buy a Nuobell, but those were 1600 plus 1650 for shipping.This was 760 used like newThese are bulky, but you can use them for curls, triceps extensions and chest press easy enough.The weight selection is fiddly and I needed a Bowflex tutorial to figure out how to unlock them once they got stuckThey are easy enough to use once you get the hand of them and take up less space as expected.Switching bettering weights takes a little longer as you have to fiddle clockwise and anticlockwise on both endsAt half price, they are pretty good

Extremely bad decision to order from seller
I ordered as a gift for my uncle and it was a bad decision considering only a individual dumbell arrived, which is really frustrating ! Why would you just need one dumbell these are ALWAYS sold in a pair !
