Best spent £639 ?
I had a basic Panasonic full HD LCD(=LED) before.OMG what an upgrade. This TV still surpprises me after half a year use.Today I had to check if the sound system is on, because the bass was too decent :)Pro:-remote contol way ahead of others, easy to use, good shape, size, battery life, combined infra/rf (works below the blanket), integrated mouse, scroll, microphone for voice search, programable buttons, quick buttons for netflix,prime,Disney+,Alexa,etc.-Picture quality is brilliant, beautiful colors, very good contrast, view angle.-Picture quality again :) (in dark room way ahead of LCD-s)-Built in sound is decent, clear, loud, some bass, can be used without sound system/sound system is not always needed.-Gentle for eyes compare to LCD-s (blue filter, good contrast with lower brightness)-Low energy usage, can be as low as 40W with low brightness, in dark room (by the way the TV always want to save energy to protect the oled panel)-It should work with alexa, but I do not use, because sometimes the TV went muted until disconnect from mains (software bug?, hopefully will be fixed).-one of the cheapest OLED, with very little compromise compare to (more) expensive models.Cons:-1 year warranty is a joke for a 1000GBP TV (starting price)-very weak thin glass, no supporting frame, has to handled very carefully (on the other hand it is pro, few mm thin most of the screen.)-Brightness is only good enough (not brilliant) for most rooms, but running on max brightness can lead to burn-in.-for console gaming it cannot handle 4k/60Hz HDMI input.-I had to subscribe for Netflix :D

Well impressed!
Everything you want from a TV is there in this set. Amazing picture quality on all fronts. This LG Smart TV is amazing in every sense, a little complicated for me to set up at first as I'm not used to such hi-tec being built into my TV. But once I had downloaded and printed the on-line manual from LG it all became very plain. The magic remote is a great bonus and easy to use to set up all the various settings to how I wanted to control my new entertainment centre. Silly me, I only recently discovered that all the information I needed to set up the TV was there in the settings so I needn't have bothered to download the manual from LG's website at all. I am so pleased I bought this LG Smart TV, now I can sit in comfort at home and watch the latest films from Netflix and Amazon, with one press of the remote, or play a film from my Blu Ray Player and watch them in full glorious colour and surround sound as the director intended.

Excellent TV for the price
This is a great TV with good picture quality and lots of apps and smart features. My only issue is that the remote control doesn't have many buttons. The buttons for changing the volume and moving through the channels aren't labelled, so you have to remember/guess which is which. My old TV had an info button, which gave you a brief description on the programme and showed you when it ended. There is nothing like that for this TV. You can get the information from the programme guide but that is more involved. The Home menu has a lot of the screen taken up by featured programmes and you have to scroll down to select live TV. However, these are all minor points and I've been able to do everything I wanted.

A great TV at a great price
The media could not be loaded. This is a great TV that, for the price point, delivers a great picture quality and brightness, sound and functionality (much better than our previous Samsung). OLED is definitely superior to LCD which we had previously (backlight failed). The thin bezel really adds to the overall feeling of quality. The feet let it down a bit in terms oglf quality but I think their more minimalist look actually works better than the stand that comes with the next model up.Can't comment so much on the remote as we use the Sky one. Integration with Sky remote is ok (sometimes TV does not switch on the Sky box).Shame the screen saver can't be shown without the NoSignal message!Update: you can now remove the message from the screen saver 😊

Incredible picture quality
Incredible price for a high quality OLED TV.The UHD HDR pictures from Sky Q and YouTube are the best I have seen.Image contrast is almost infinite and colours are fabulous.TV is used as a dumb panel connected to a Sky Q and Amazon 4k Fire Stick so it’s own smart features are not used.Sound is very impressive for a flat screen but doesn’t have the depth of sound of my sound bar.

Value for Money in the 'OLED Zone'
Exploring the market as I have you quickly learn there is practically no limit to the money you can spend on a TV, especially when acronyms like OLED start bouncing around. So discovering a TV in the 'big league' for less than a Grand is...well...comforting. There are the usual Smart facilities to be found here, but amid a forest of apps and a maze of settings I drew satisfaction from dropping two of my THREE remotes and a similar number of plugs in the upward transition from Toshiba to LG. NO Amazon Firestick - the apps are all there, embodied in the TV, and No soundbar - OK, the sound quality might not satisfy every aficionado of the little tight waves, but it is GOOD - good enough not to warrant that extra ugly addition for everyday use.So - an easy unpack, a quick setup (throw the switch and the lights go on), adaptability to most stands and a nice slim profile for walls, if the weight doesn't pull the bricks out. The usual Danse Macabre with each of the apps and their infernal passwords, but when you get 'em, brilliant clarity and colour. For the ordinary, everyday viewer like me, a giant leap. Get one!

Great TV at a great Price
This TV replaced an LG LED model. So pleased with purchase. Picture quality is excellent and makes watching sport so much more enjoyable, especially in bright light. We don’t have to close the shutters now. Very easy to set up. Just follow the on screen instructions. Don’t think the sound is that great but we have a sound bar which I prefer. Delivery was quick and free with Amazon Prime.
