3/8'' Robert Sorby #840H Spindle Gouge

The flute is nicely smooth and polished, I did not expect that from a tool under $40. Also there is a brass weight on the end of the handle which keeps the tool nicely balanced around the widest part of the handle.Note that for the 3/8" tool the actual bar diameter is 3/8", no confusion in ordering.My only complaint is that the flute is on the short side. My Tormek gouge jig only has about an inch of room left.

Handles need to be longer other than that they are pretty good
