This notebook has a beautiful cork cover. It's larger and heavier than I expected (not pocket size!), and it arrived in TWO plastic sleeves. The packaging was a plastic-wrapped cardboard box, and the notebook was wrapped in another plastic sleeve inside the box. The packaging was professional looking and great for a gift, but why so much plastic??

I really like this product for daily journaling. There's enough pages to journal each day for a year if you split the pages in half (and even enough to have some days with full pages). The cork board design is very cute and I like that it comes with a rubber strap to keep it closed and a slot for a pencil/pen. There is also a ribbon page holder for convenience. The journal comes with tab stickers and a mini ruler in the back.

I use this for notebook for daily journaling. I am very particular about notebooks-they have to lie flat, I hate fighting to keep the notebook flat or breaking the spine over time. This one fits the bill, the pages are the perfect thickness, it lies flat, has a pen loop, and a little band to keep it closed. The cork material is very attractive and feels soft in hand. It comes with a sleeve in the back that contains sticky section dividers and some other really useful accessories. I also use gel pens and they don’t seem to bleed through so far. I plan to stock up on these!

The paper inside is good quality and thick (no pen bleed through when I wrote with a standard ink pen). The outside is attractive and sturdy. I like that there are two ribbons so you can bookmark two sections at once. I like the folder in the back of the notebook and the included sticky tabs. I get a lot of compliments on this notebook and I like using it.
