I don't believe all the reviews on this bag is very accurate. Not sure what kind of bag they thought they were getting. I got exactly what I was looking for!! The quality is great- a few extra threats from sewing- snipped right off no big deal! Don't rip- maybe we're y'all had some issues? There a reforced fabric on the bottom. I included lots of pictures for reference as I would have liked when I purchased to know what I was getting for sure. So here we go: main compartment does have a zipper, there is also a clasp button. Decorative or if you have something big or just don't wanna zipper. There is a small interior pouch with zipper. A standard wallet fits in with ease. A "standard" smartphone A50/A20 or Pixel or similar models does fit, you just have to pull the top cloth over the phone to zip but it does close. I am 5'2 and of average size (like I live in the Northwoods and don't eat out at fast food joints. Bulky but not BULKY HAHA) and the bag comfortably wears crossbody and rests about hip level. If I wear it on one shoulder its just below my hip. The main compartment that is. There is also a ton of room. In the photos I put some bigger items you may wanna stuff in a purse to show the capacity. And to top it off I'm now friends with a stranger from Thailand... with an adjustable friendship bracelet I could give away but I'm not that nice. So I'll keep it. I hope this was helpful.

I bought this during this COVID-19 madness because I wanted a purse that I could wash. I know I might be a bit paranoid but after coming back from shopping I realized my regular purses and wallets could get germy after being out. It seemed that putting my hands in/out of my purse for my credit cards, phone it could be problematic. So, I bought two of these purses and then wash them after I do my shopping. There's a small zipper compartment inside for your credit card. Pocket could be a bit bigger for cell phone and cards but for the price it was a great deal. I love the elephant design and color. It washed up really well too.

I really want to love this bag but the strap(which I thought was 2 straps from the picture) is super long. I'm 5'4"and it hits behind my calf. Because of that and there being only one very small zipper compartment, it's enemy hard to find anything ever... But I love the print so after a couple weeks I've decided to make it my work bag to carry books and my lunch in instead. The customer service was great tho(I wrote them about the strap issue) in case you do have a problem. I feel bad even writing this bc I knew what I was getting for the most part but it's just not practical.

I put this bag to the test this weekend. It had enough room for a change of clothes, makeup and toiletries, a book, nightgown and a fifth of Fireball Whiskey (it was a fun getaway!). No problems with it at all, wish the little zipper compartment was a little bigger but otherwise it was fine.

The bag can hold quite a bit, but I noticed no matter how little or how much was in it, the way the strap is made hurt my shoulder on Either side of wearing it. The zipper and 'button' came off in a matter of days. The interior pocket seems to have a difficult time staying IN the bag, i was constantly stuffing it back in. Not bad for price, wanted it for NYC so I could roam free without worrying about losing anything or holding a bag.

I am SO happy with this purchase! Not only did the product ship and arrive very quickly, it was exactly what I wanted! I purchased the white bag to do a tie-dye project with and it worked perfectly. The bag is large and there is only one strap (the photo makes it look like there are two). There is a zipper and a button to close the main part of the bag as well as a small zipper compartment on the inside which I did not expect! I also received a nice note from the seller along with an adorable bracelet as a free gift! I cannot recommend this product enough. Amazing value for the price! Love it!

I love this bag. It's perfect to put in my backpack when I travel and then to pull out to carry as I journey out sightseeing. I get lots of compliments on it. Easy to wear all day slung across my body. I like having a crossbody bag for travel as it makes my belongings feel more secure. Seems pretty durable so far!

I am so happy with this bag! It took only 3 days to get to me. The material is wonderful and durable and the bag is just beautiful. Great for school which i will be using it for and the bracelet is so pretty. It is a large size which i like because it holds a good amount of things. It hangs down to about your waist, a little lower. I do recommend buying from this brand!

I absolutely LOVE this bag! It's a good size, I love the colour ( I got it in Teal)and the Elephant pattern is beautiful, it's quite quirky looking. There's a built-in purse inside, and I also got a free gift with my purchase. As it's cotton it wouldn't be suitable for rainy days, also it's quite long (the bottom of the bag reached to my knees) but this may be because I'm quite small (5 ft 3) but it was easily adjusted to my hip by tying a knot in the strap which still looks good. Would recommend bag this to anyone.

Really disappointed, this bag is cheap tat from Thailand!!!. nowhere on ad does it say its not from UK, If I wanted poorly made items I would have purchased from Ebay. Come on Amazon I thought you only sold decent products??. Took ages to come cost way more that its worth. probably cost 50 pence to make. no support in bottom of bag, so cant take any weight in it at all. usless!!!! If I could leave a zero star I would. only thing going for it was the free incense sent with it???
