Sturdy, attractive, good quality and looks high end. The double towel rack is not wide enough to accommodate 2 thick towels but I am using the front rung for a hand towel while using the other hand towel rack on the other side of the vanity for the second bathroom user. The toilet paper holder is not quite far enough from the wall to accommodate Costco Kirkland rolls until about 1/3 inch thickness of paper off the roll. Delivery was very fast and sturdy packaging with even gloves to avoid finger marks on chrome included - nice touch! After we had received the first set and installed in the master bathroom, we ordered another set for the guest bathroom we liked them so much.One complaint from the experienced installer of bathroom hardware was that the screws etc for installation were poor quality with limited holding potential and we just purchased more sturdy screws etc and no problems after that. The 4 stars is for the screws for installation.Highly recommend.

The towel bar was bent on the left side when I received it . I’m a handy guy so I figured it out and managed to get it installed but still not happy with the end result with the left side not flush to the wall but will live with it. Would not recommend it

Love these. As others said, they are really high quality. Heavy metal, but install easily. The towel rod can actually support 2 towels, though I did take care to install one end (because the second didn't hit a stud) in a stud for better support.

Excellent heavy duty product with contemporary design. Highly recommended.Note: if you purchase an extra large TP roll then it will slightly rub against your wall during initial use. I personally don't mind this as a trade off for the sleek design however this may be a valid consideration for purchasers.
