Tierra Garden50-2500 Haxnicks Garden Sunbubble Greenhouse, Standard

This was a Christmas present that I opened and assembled 12/27/2019. One part, a clip on the final plate was broken and the safety warning was pasted of the screw hole. When attaching the final metal strut to the fiberglass rods, the clips on both end broke. Instructions included in with product were poorly written e.g. "fitted the right way up, with their ends angled upward" to describe placing struts that have parts on each end angled in opposite directions (an image or two would be handy, there were none). Furthermore, the instructions look as though they were folded by a child or an angry teen. In the end, I resorted to watching a youtube video that had just enough detail to indicate which direction the struts should face.UPDATE: Amazon is unable to replace parts and the seller from whom my tent was purchased was out of stock. Amazon recommended that I contact the manufacturer directly. Tierarragardden.com and TDI brands responded to my contact via their website's contact page (listed phone numbers and email addresses did not work). On 1/4/2020, I received for replacement parts. This was an understanding move on their part as I needed two, and one broke during re-installation. I finally completed the dome it and it looks quite nice.I'm upgrading my original rating from 2 to 3 stars. The product itself clearly has a problem part (3 of the exact same part failed at the same point in assembly). Service was prompt and sufficient parts to solve the problem were provided. However, the incorrect service phone and email information on the web meant that I had to jump through a few more aggravating hoops before getting in contact with people who could help.

Ok, so I read at least 20 reviews before buying this, the biggest complaint seemed to be the clips on the crossbar, so I was extra careful assembling that part when *snap*. I broke 2 in the end, not a huge ordeal, I used electrical tape to fasten them to the poles.Ok sun bubble is up and warm in a half hour, yay! Im pretty happy. Next day is a drizzly wet day, not rain just misty, went to have my tea in the sun bubble, cushions are all wet?! It appears the roof vents all leak even when velcro'ed shut. I'm sure I can just find a sheet of plastic to cover the upper half....but should I really have to be doing this?? Not for $200 in my opinion. Besides those issues I really like it... but for $100.Other notes: set up for a single person is less than 20 minutes, I watched a 2 minute Youtube video about that, make note of specific details, like the way the cross bars face before you attach them and you'll be fine. It will take a bit of strength to connect poles and cross bars as you are pushing against the pressure the plastic and bent poles create.UPDATE: Yay! You can buy replacement clips for $1.25 via here: [email protected]'ve also gone ahead and taken a plastic sheet ($3.00 Home Depot) and covered the top half, adhered with gorilla clear packing tape...is working great.So all in all, I really am enjoying the heck out of this bubble (in it everyday - sun or snow) so I guess even with the minor adjustments I'm happy I bought it :)

First of all, I love my bubble. I would have loved to give it all 5’s but unfortunately it has a small hole at the top that will let rain in. If the bubble was only for my plants it might be ok but I plan to sit in the bubble during the winter. I now have to go to the added trouble of arranging a clear tarp overhead to protect me. In addition, the instructions are not very clear. My husband and I put it very carefully together due to problems other people mentioned. It looks great, is large, my husband can easily stand inside and he 6’2” and my plants have room around the edge. We have 2 chairs and a small table in the middle for our coffee and snacks. I’m hoping we can get the hole covered in some way so the leak won’t be a problem. There was a roll of some kind of unmarked tape in the box but since the hole is in the very top and the dome is round it will be very difficult to try to fix that hole with the tape. The positives do outweigh the negatives in this way: we were able to assemble without mishap by going carefully, the size is wonderful, it looks great, the vents are a nice design since there is one in each of the 8 panels, it’s fun to sit inside the clear bubble and it’s a nice addition to our deck. My husband loves the dome shape and that he can stand comfortably even close to the sides.update:Well, a year has passed and while I still want to love my bubble and we have used it a lot in the year by sitting in it on our deck and enjoying the outside weather, we have found that it does leak from the top and the biggest problem is that the zipper has torn away from the plastic around the door closing. Since this is an are of high stress I think the manufacturer should have re-enforced that area. The entire bubble works because the plastic is pulled tight so of course that is true with the door area. I am really said that this has happened. I looked at purchasing another but it is now over $100 more than when I bought it which is ridiculous!

Update: Sent an email to [email protected] and requested replacement parts. I did have to fix everything myself including using gorilla tape on the seems where the stitch was unraveling. Nonetheless, they were quick to ship at no cost to me and apologetic for my troubles.First purchase didn't last 1 year. Couldn't reach anyone who could assist with a warranty claim. Amazon directed me to the seller, seller said contact manufacturer, manufacturer does not want to be contacted as there is no way to reach them on web or phone. Within one week of setting up my 2nd purchase i have Ripped vinyl in several spots, irreparable snapped pole, a busted loop on the bottom where the steak inserts. I want a replacement or refund but didn't put it up until it got cold and I'm passed the 30 day mark. Buyer beware.

Als Gewächshaus funktioniert es sehr gut. Allerdings wird das PVC dort, wo die Stangen auftreffen, schnell brüchig. Die mitgelieferten Zeltstangen halten bei starkem Wind nicht. Gartenanker sind besser. Ich habe die Bruchstellen abgeklebt und hier und da mit Klebeband nachgeholfen. Wie gesagt, als Gewächshaus funktioniert es und es ist ein toller Hingucker! Für die Ewigkeit ist es allerdings nicht geschaffen.

Use this as a swimming pool dome for our 10ft steel frame pool, its brilliant keeps the heat in so the water is nice and warm also keeps all the leaves and bugs out.Going to mean we can use the pool longer this year..It's very well weighted and doesn't move much (I couldn't use the pegs as it's on concret).Only problem was that one of the connectors was fitted incorrectly and it a jagged but it's not caused any real issues so far.EDITED;after a few months the condensation causes rust on the connectors and causes the fabric to rot. Rather disappointed as initially it was a great purchase but unfortunately has not lasted more than 6 months.

Great idea. Fairly easy to put up, creates a great space. We are using ours as a greenhouse. Tip: when pegging into the ground, peg the panel with the door a bit closer together to try and avoid the plastic from ripping when you zip it shut.

Great little greenhouse. It was a little tricky in put up, definitely easier with 2 people. Ran into some issues installing the the horizontal rods. I broke 2 of the clips (my fault, it was pretty cold and I was forcing them) but the customer service was fantastic. They were very quick to reply and they mailed me 2 new clips to replace the broken one's. We also received 6"-8" of snow fall, and the dome shape was great. It shed all the snow, and held up great.

Bought as a garden room for our hot tub. Perfect size and helps keep the temp up in the tub
