Great Light for responding to emergencies
I love this light and have used it in a number of fire/police applications. I live in a area where first responders often have the best equipment to preform their job duties and were money is not the first or last consideration when purchasing equipment. Prior to this I had a blue light made by one of the best manufactures on the market ( actually more expensive when purchased a few years back then the Vivox blue light ) but of the halogen type. It threw a pretty good light but not as good as the Vivox I purchased. In the Pennsylvania community where I reside all the police vehicles also have the newer led lights but the blue light from Vivox actually casts a it's light further then any of the police car I have been near at fires, roadblocks, etc. It is particularly noticeable at night time and when the weather is rainy or the sky is overcast. In all fairness I do believe that blue lights have a major advantage being seen for longer distances that reds or white light though. The Vivox I purchased has many different patterns the user can use if you are inclined to use them. I'm just a meat and potato kind of guy and don't need to appear I am entertaining people like going to a disco when I am off to a emergence scene, but if you want the light show(s) that is also available to you. This is a good light and you should buy it if you want to be seen.

These so far have worked great. Instructions to hard wire them are a bit confusing to me but then again I'm not much of an electrical guy. Cigarette plug works good so far
