Hot & Cold Natural Therapy Knee and Elbow Pack Sensacare

This is fine for a knee, but a bit bulky for an elbow. It loses its cold fairly fast. I don't know about heat.

So far, so good. Bought this for my grandmother who has stage 4 osteoarthritis in her knees. She's very, very close to settling for knee replacement at this point, and I wanted to get something that will at least alleviate the pain and stiffness somewhat. I like that this is at least a cold/heat therapy option for her, but she firmly believes cold will not help her at this point. So, she heats it up for a minute and 30 seconds and she says she does notice it's a bit easier to move. Obviously, nothing is going to really fix this problem without surgery, but I'm glad she says it helps even a little bit to move better. And she says laying down at night that she can have the heat on her knee and the padding helps to avoid her knees resting against one another. The only thing not 100℅ is she can't successfully keep the thing up on her knee as she's walking around the house UNLESS she puts on the straps pretty tight, so this is probably why I see her sitting down with it a lot. All around, nice hot/cold therapy option without needing a heat blanket with cord or a bag full of ice that starts to sting.

I have osteoarthritis, tendinitis and a sliding kneecap. I am currently in physical therapy, but I needed a heating pad for home use. This feels so good on my knee and the pleasant aroma is comforting and relaxing. This is exactly what I wanted.

I have a wrap similar to this for the back and absolutely love it so when my knee started bothering me I tried wrapping it around my knee and it just didn't want to stay.I put this in the freezer and when my knee began acting up I pulled it out and iced it for 20 minutes. I did this twice throughout the day and it really seemed to help.It was really easy to put in my knee but when I tried it on my elbow it was almost impossible without any help. I really like this better than any other heat/cold wrap I have had. It hugs my entire knee and stays there.

This is a great product. I have recently tripped in a chuck hole in a field and put a slight tare in my meniscus. It has taken almost a full six months to get better. This last weekend I did carpet cleaning and lots of laundry. Both carpets and laundry is down stairs, needless to say my knee was killing me. I was so happy I received this in the mail Friday. I used this sat and sun night. It is extremely comfortable. The aroma was wonderful. It actually was calming and relaxing. I needed it after all the hard work. It was easy to use and I really like the fact that it can be cold or hot. Not to may products that can do both temperatures. If you have any injury or have problems with your knee, this is the product for you. I'm so thankful I got this. I did receive this as a review item and I will be buying another one for the freezer.
