I returned this tray, and the following is my response to the owner of the company who wrote a very nice letter to me requesting some information on what my issues were with the unit:I appreciate your concern and will respond, and will put this into the comments for the product. I purchased the tray for my wife for use in our antique claw foot tub. All the descriptions of the product made it appear to be useful as well as suitable.Unfortunately, there were too many issues with the unit that made it unusable for us. The unit itself appears to be fine as far as intent of design, but is not practical in usage.For one, the height of the tub walls raised the tray to a level that was not usable. In addition, even placing wash cloths on the tub rail to hold the unit steady were insufficient and the movement of the tray with any usage was inconvenient.The tray slid around so much that not only did things placed on it fall into the water, or fall over, but the tray itself slid off the rail one time and fell into the water. The supposed object holders on the tray really are insufficient for "holding" anything, and the book stand, though a great idea, did not work; book into the water was annoying.Again, the unit design intent and construction seem to be fine, but in actual use: not practical. And, in retrospect: though one of the better appearing designed units, I think it's a little high on price.

I love the different look it brought to my bathroom! Although, I do wish it had hooks to clamp around the edge of tub for more security.

My daughter just went off to college and I gave this to her for Christmas.... looks fantastic high quality completely worth the price.... fits a glass of wine (water for her) slides securely into the slot to steady it, a magazine an iPad her phone all right there get construction

I love the look of it!! I can’t wait to use it when it gets colder so I can spend some time taking a bath . It has everything you need to enjoy a relaxing bath

Came broken easy fix with glue but still product should have came together and I shouldn't have to glue it myself

Got as a gift from hubby for Xmas! Works great for our tub. Slight chip in the paint stain but love the size and the options to put things while in the tub!

I would blame shipping on the damaged product, but once you open this thing you'll immediately realize that the quality is not what you would call great. It feels super cheaply made and every section of it is brittle. I got it as a gift for my girl and she likes it, but I honestly don't expect it to last very long from the looks of it and I would not buy again.
