Don’t know how it cracked
To replace the one that came with my ocean blue shower panel that cracked how l can’t explain it.Only my wife and l live in house it was cracked in the middle of the pipe lm just glad l could replace it

Great replacement part
I purchased the Blue Ocean shower wall over 10 years ago. I have very hard/rust well water. I now have a water filtration system but my corrosive water did a number on this part and the shower head. I replaced both and it was easy plug and play.

The missing part successfully installed and shower is in back use
I had the shower for 5 years now, but somehow the shower head broke and fell on my son when he was showering only weeks after installation. Since then I did not know what should I do. The kids were using only hand shower. Thankfully the had shower is big enough for good shower. The quality is great it works nice since 5 years, I was still figuring how to fix the shower head without replacing there entire unit. Then two days back visited the company store and found the parts, don’t remember seeing them earlier, anyway I got the bar and shower head yesterday. We installed it, installation is little tricky but we did it successfully, we have zero knowledge of plumbing. The shower head finally is in place. Now the it is complete. I wish the manufacturer add installation guide to the parts.
