YaJie Notre Dame Architecture Collection Micro Building Blocks Modle Set,Building Set Toy Gift for Adults and Teens (7380 Pieces)

This micro block model was the most challenging and at the same time satisfying “Lego” like model I have put together. The sheer number of pieces, small size, multiple shapes and packaging makes it very tough. Unlike Lego, the pieces are not separated into steps. All the components must be unpacked to start which makes for a tough organizational issue. The plastic pieces are of high quality and fit well. The use of a cylinder tweezers is helpful for placement of the smallest pieces. The instruction book is organized like a blueprint with an overhead view point which requires careful interpretation. The engineering results in a sturdy structure and impressive result! I rated it low for ease of assembly because it is difficult but that was actually a positive for myself since I was seeking the challenge. The same holds for the low gifting rating since it not a novice model.

I have loved building this Notre Dame model! With the microblocks it is really great for allowing fine details, representing Notre Dame's beauty and majesty. The direction book is very detailed and clear step by step. This is a quite difficult and challenging build given the size of the blocks - thankfully I have medical tweezers, forceps, and dental pics for the really small blocks and hard to reach places. I would highly recommend this project! My next project is the Eifel Tower in microblocks by the same company.

Missing pieces. As such unable to complete. Very frustrating and disappointing!!

The product is beautiful; however, by the fifth step (page) the pieces started to pop off. The base of the structure became very tight, even after I switch out pieces they were still popping. Very frustrating! I think that the bottom of the pieces should have holes instead of slits, especially the base structure pieces. I have read the reviews and I think that I may have receive a defective set; however, I am afraid to try another set for the price.

Do you consider yourself an expert in building complex micro blocks toys?, then you should try Notre Dame de Paris.The instructions manual is confusing at timesAt the final steps you’ll discover that the set has missing parts (not big deal), you will figure out how to not need those ones.But when the model is finished, and the cathedral is set to be on display, you will say to yourself: “It was worth it”

This was an excellent quality product. Blocks went together as they should. Excellent challenge for an advanced lego builder
