STK NP-F550 2800mAh Battery Compatible for Sony HandyCams and LED On-Camera Video Lights Using NP-F550 Batteries

Like other reviewers here, I use the STK NP-F550 to power LED video lights. I was pleasantly surprised at the runtime of this battery: powers my Yongnuo YN300 LED for 90 minutes and my 160 LED for nearly 3 hours at 100% power. Double the time of my Maximal Power F550 clone! I picked the Maximal and STK merely because they were the only F550 type cells Amazon was willing to ship to Hawaii. Other brands were "unavailable" due to hazardous materials monkey shine. Turns out STK was a great choice and I'm extremely happy with their performance. They cost nearly double that of the Maximal Power but are worth it.

I bought two of these for my Sony Mavica camera. So far they have worked fine. When I pulled the old camera down off the closet shelf I was thinking it might be time to toss it. I decided to see if I could find a new battery, and Amazon comes through again. My camera works great and even my old charger works fine with these. SterlingTEK, the seller, seems very anxious to please. I haven't needed any help, but they made sure to offer it; just in case.

I ordered 2, 1 mostly holds a charge for a month and the other drops quickly.

Good product. The battery lasts about 45 minutes in a 300 led lamp

It is difficult to review batteries because the real test of any battery is how long a period of service it provides. So far, so good. Well priced and apparently a good quality battery.

I have not tested how long it hold a charge, but so far going strong.The battery stays in the charger and the light turns green when fully charged.What more can you ask for?I use it to power an LED ring light.

They guaranteed this battery would work in my Sony camcorder is one of the reasons I purchased it. And The price was very reasonable. It worked just fine. Usually if it isn't made by Sony, it is not compatable with any of their products.
