great for sore body

I got this as a potential pain relief to my tennis elbow. After using it twice a day (sometimes three times a day), I really saw no difference.I do like the heat/tingling sensation after a 40 minutes jog (I applied the gel before going for a jog). But as a pain relief gel, it didn't work for me. I also think the scent is a bit too strong.

This cream is wonderful, fabulous. I've tried a lot of creams, they don't hold a candle to Herbal Heat Therapy Cream. There's nothing like it. I put the cream on and able to go about my day. Now I don't have to take a pill to ease the pain. I put it on 2 or 3 times a Day. Herbal Heat Therapy Cream doesn't burn. It has a warming feeling. I can go walking again. I'm very happy about that. I love Herbal Heat Therapy. I will be ordering more soon. I tell everyone I know about it. Thank You Kerah Lane. You're the best.

I like that the ingredients are "safer", but it hasn't worked that well for me. My husband, on the other hand, loves it. I like the smell, but I wish it worked better for me.

Got it for painful joints, primarily my right shoulder where i had a severely winged scapula which has never really healed. Helped a lot and surprisingly cured a rash I had been fighting for over two years on that shoulder. Maybe the arnica, I don't know but pleased on two fronts. Have another on order now.

Hasn't helped as much as I had hoped. Smell is not bad and does not burn your skin.

Great product--it really works fast to relief sore and achy muscles. A little goes a long way, it has no ben-gay /menthol-y smell, it absorbs quickly, & it last for hours. My husband & I both use it--we are in our 60s. I am a nurse of 35+ years and recommend this to friends, doctors I work with, and to my home care patients.
