Works as should with bo issues

I received mine today not too long ago and I ’m very happy that it came with all the screws and hex key needed. I took a picture and it shows two bags thats because I also bought the belt loops that attaches to the Qls 22. It also came with a set of screws. I read somewhere that they were not included. They are 👍🏽 Also the product came nicley packaged. I am pleased and would highly recommend if you are in the market for this item.

Attachment is very sturdy and well made. Doesn't shake or rattle, has strong attachment points. Easy for swapping out multiple holsters on one rig or removing a holster when riding in a car. Adds about half an inch to the horizontal profile of the holster which isn't a deal breaker for me but could be for some. You will need the QLS19 fork that it goes with to use it.

Accidently ordered green when I wanted black. Exchanged it. The Safariland QLS is awesome! I have a receiver plate with a drop mount on my bettle belt, one on my paddle for carry and competition and one on my belt system I use at home for training. Makes it so easy and convenient to have one holster to move where ever I need it. Highly recommend this system.
