It is like sliding through butter with a hot knife and every clump is solid and will never break. I have many other metal scoops that look like that non-stick one I am talking about and a couple even claimed to be non-stick but they are not. You have never used a scoop like this, I promise, Also, the other metal scoops you may own will scratch this steel as well as take much, much more effort and strain to scoop.Get all three elements or just pass on this pan and get a cheapo. Without the specific scoop and Slide litter you have nothing special. Get them all and you have a miracle.You can NOT make any substitutions! The scoop has to be that exact one. Oh, I know, with a few razor blades and some chemical assistance I'll get this nasty label off probably without doing too much damage to the finish, but I would NEVER have bought it if I had known about this label. This is way too expensive to be this annoying.

I love the idea of a stainless steel litter box, but this box did not do it for me. I have no idea what quality stainless steel is used for this box, but I know that it's not high quality (or not actually stainless steel). It's flimsy and it has begun to rust only after 2 months. I have only 1 cat so it is gently used. I paid $48 for this box and expected it to last at least a year. The only pro is that it does keep smells away unlike plastic boxes. It is easy to clean, but it leaves a gray residue on the wash sponge and water, similar to how aluminum pots and pans do. This makes me suspect that this box is actually aluminum and not stainless steel. (This is because of the chemical reaction between the dish detergent and aluminum.) I have plenty of aluminum and stainless steel pots and pans so I know how they both react. Unfortunately I cannot return the item anymore nor contact the seller** (reason unknown) for a possible replacement. Pretty disappointing considering that I could have bought 8 plastic tubs for the price of this one and simply had a new tub every few months. Don't waste your money on this and buy a real stainless steel litter box.**EDIT: I was able to contact the seller and they did offer me a full refund. Good customer service.
