Good ball, great value for the money
It used to be that judging volleyballs was easier, but with 2008, everything got thrown out.The ball is of a more "modern" type revolutionized by Mikasa. The dimpling is similar to the Mikasa, but the surface has a "drier" feels to it, more making to a Baden VCor, Gala Pro-line BV5591S, or Tachikara Six. It has a bit more of a "foamy and dense" feel when passing than the "poppier" feel of leather, Flistatecs, Tachi Six, the Gala, or the VCor. It feels a bit heavier in some ways on the arms, a bit reminiscent of if you combined the new Mikasas with a bit of the foam from a Lexum or L2, but not to that level. The panel gluing is a bit off on some, but this isn't really going to affect play, just aesthetics if you look closely. While it feels a bit more sweat resistant than the new Mikasas, it's not quite as "grip maintaining" for setters as a Flistatec or a broken-in leather ball. It passes well, unlike the Tachi Six which has a weird feel to it. You do have to guide it a bit more like a newer Mikasa than some other balls.Overall, it's a good ball, a bit harder and heavier feeling than some others, but a cheap option for a modern ball.It seems ideally suited for men's club teams on a tight budget but want a ball that plays similarly enough to modern ones, and actually maybe somewhat in between a Flistatec and MVA200 for some aspects which can help. For women where good old genuine leather reigns supreme still, I think the Decathlon ALLSIX V900, Baden Lexum and Mikasa VQ2000s have the most similar "poppy" feel of broken in leather. If you can get Mikasa MIP300s for a good price, they can be good too, but many places don't have them for cheaper than a real leather ball. For more recreational players who haven't toughened up their arms though, I'd probably recommend: Molten iv5f-3, Baden VCor, Mikasa MIP300, Mikasa VIP300 in that order. I've gotten great feedback on the first one from collegiate club level, former JO coaches, and recreational level since it takes a non-offensive middle ground on everything. For budget models that are good: Decathlon AllSix v900, Tachikara 5W Prime, Baden Lexum, Mikasa VQ2000, and Molten L2 in that order. The Tachi Sensi-tec SV-5wsc and SV18s lines are good and cheap, but feel a bit "light", and might throw you off if your league uses a "heavier" feeling ball. I would NOT recommend a leather ball for recreational players since they can take a long time till they break in, and will hurt like hell till then. The nylon wound standard Molten Flistatec, Mikasa MVA200 and the (even) uglier V200W, Tachi Six, Gala 5591, and this Amazon one, I would not recommend for recreational players. Your arms will probably not toughen up quickly enough for once or twice a week play against underhand servers, etc.

Decent
Good price for a higher quality ball, but it has its flaws. For the first few sessions of play the ball can be very hard so it takes a few days to break it in. In my opinion it seems a little heavier than other premium balls like the Molten Flistatecs and Mikasa game balls. After breaking it in, passing and hitting the ball can seem “pillowy”. It caves in on impact and makes it harder to control.Overall it’s a good purchase if the purpose is to have more practice balls. A great alternative are the Tachikara 5WSC balls when they’re under $30.

My Official Evaluation
I coach club, and have added a single ball to our cart for U14/U18 practices. We're practing 2 hours per day, 3x per week for each team. While this is NOT a girls ball, but they do like to use it (we have several boys balls in our mix). The ball is exactly what you would expect it to be. Weight, size, texture and ball handling is as expected.I am a bit concerned about the panel welds. The panels are not joined as nicely as the molten ball and seem to be "gapping" a little. I have a few girls who can hit with similar power to most boys so it's getting its fair testing. For the price ... I don't have a problem recommending it as a practice ball.

Easy worth the price
Ball is up to par with Mikasa and Molten top balls with a mix of the features of both. Will still come down to preference but for the price this ball is quality like $50 ball and pump is included.Has a similar design to Mikasa mva200 with more panels. Has similar indentations to Mikasa mva200 but the material resembles the molten flistatec but without the hexagon pattern that the molten has.Mikasa = Floaty, great feel, harder to downspinMolten = Soft, easy downspin, harder to floatAmazon = In between

Not bad
Pretty good ball for its price. The bounce in this ball is good and feel is good. Only bad thing about this ball I found so far is that it is a bit smaller than a standard volleyball. Probably better suited for younger kids who are at competition level.

Harder and heavier than standard volleyballs
These balls are okay, however they are heavier and much harder than other volleyballs. Comparing to mikasa, molten, or tachikara. They can work for practice, however they are much harder and their air floating is different than most other balls.

excellent quality for the cost
I have been practicing with my son to get him ready for volleyball tryouts. I found this deal and it looked very appealing. both items looked great, I was impressed with the quality and balance of the ball. I will buy it again

Decent ball but slightly foamy
This ball caught a few eyes on the court as it is different from the normal moltens everyone is using these days. It has good texture but feels a bit on the foamy side.

Can play with but..
This is a volleyball that works good. The feeling isn't as soft as Mizuno's one, so you need to get your arms accustomed to it!It works for the price, but if you can afford it, Mizuno is clearly a winner here!

Perfect Volleyball
This is a perfect volleyball. I was looking for a cheaper volleyball for my kids to practice in the basement. They now bring this to warm up with before games. The quality is amazing. 5 stars all day
