Faucet was over size, very loud due to high water pressure, not family friendly at all...Sensor is not sensitive, motion detector needs some work. Not for the American Market uses to most water.

The media could not be loaded.  The detection range of the sensor is too short for me. I was forced to move my hand very close to the faucet to turn it on (see video) and the water splashed from my hand onto the countertop. I can only wash one hand at a time; one hand has to be close to the sensor to keep the water running.

The faucet looks great, but sometimes my kids feel like someone is playing a cruel joke when trying to activate the water with the motion sensor. There is no external temperature setting which if this is going in a commercial bathroom may work fine, but if you’re using this for your private bath, it could be problematic. I had to adjust the pressure in my hot and cold supply lines until I was satisfied with the water temp....not functional in that regard. The installation overall was fine. It does jot come with a drain, so be prepared to purchase separately.

In order to install, most need a plate to cover the 2 other wholes in your sink. In the description, I made sure it listed that the plate was included. It was NOT! I had to go back on Amazon and order separately. What a headache! Also, needs to be plugged in. Make sure you have an outlet that it can reach.

I tried to give this a chance, install went quick but not without a problem. First the drain that comes with it, hose, and box leaked. Amazon sent me a new one. Problem solved but now I can't get the sensor to work. I suspect a connection issue since it has batteries and plug in with the valves open and nothing but the low better warning works.I rather not deal, when Amazon doesn't help the what I'm going back to trusted handles.

Sensor distance is too close and according to the seller not adjustable. Faucet does not activate unless your hands are almost right against the sensor and this is out of the spout range. Great if you want to wash your forearms for some reason but really bad if you want to wash your hands.Instructions are thorough but badly translated in places making some aspects difficult to understand.Don't buy this.

Here are our familie's overall impressions of this faucet since installating it last week-end for Canadian Thanks Giving and having some friends over.Installation: I was positively surprised on that front, expected the electrical aspect of the installation to be trickier as this was the first faucet I installed which had an electric component, and it was straightforward and simple. As for the overall faucet install, that was easy as well.Build quality: Build is nice and looks is of good quality and fits in well with various design types.Motion sensor feature: This is really where the rubber meets the road. I'll just be blunt here: this does not work well...Motion sensor range is ridiculously short and not always consistant: Hands either need to be way too close to the faucet to make sense, or simply doesn't flow water long enough if at a "reasonable" range. You basically need to hold one hand close to the sensor and have the other wash itself. An adult can work around it but clearly not a kid.This is being uninstalled as it's barely usable for us.

Returning this, is missing the plate to cover the counter, something important when you're replacing a 2 or 3 hole faucet. In the instructions it shows there is a plate for this purpose but no such plate was included in the package. Installation seems very complicated without having an electrical outlet easily accessible under sink this would require an electrician and plumbing professional. I cannot comment on anything else because I returned this item, without a plate to cover the other holes it doesn't work for me.
