RouxTween Time Instant Root Concealer, Black 1 ea (Pack of 3)

We have been using this product for many many years . The color stick is usually a hard crayon like texture . we like them so much we ordered 10 of them this time . We opened one two years and the consistency of the stick is very soft and nothing like the original and my husband who uses it does not like it at all . He would like to know if the product has been changed and he would like to return these to get the original sticks that he always used

It is easy to use and gives good coverage. But it only stays for two hours then you have to apply it again.

Love this stuff. Great coverage and economical. I've been using the light brown for years (this black is for my sister). It does make your hair look slightly greasy if you put too much on, so be careful.

Perfect to cover the roots and allows me to wait a whole month before dying again. Very convenient and it does not make my hair sticky.

It looked old or mildew. Definitely did not try using it. Seems to be very old inventory or something. It seemed like a good deal since I normally find one for about $8-10. Won’t be trying again. Really would want my money back.
