Everything came lovingly packaged, lots of packaging in all the right places. Set up was extremely easy while following the included instructions. You will need a star screwdriver to assemble the monitor stand as a heads up.PC runs very smoothly, looks amazing (the large mouse pad itself is RGB!) and is very quiet. I would recommend downloading GeForce Experience ( Manufacturer's App, so 100% trustworthy), to help with easy driver updates and quick game optimisation, for the graphics card.Extremely happy with my purchase,thank you very much!

I spent a very long time looking for a new PC after my old PC broke and ended up buying this and despite the majority of reviews for this product recommending this for their children or what not…I fully recommend this as not just a ‘beginner’ PC. But an EVERYONE pc. This is incredible for literally any game I want to play, new releases such as Baldurs Gate 3 can easily run on it, in addition to large games such as RDR2 and It Takes Two. I can literally play any game smoothly on this PC which is something my old pc and graphics card were unable to do.In addition, the PC is SILENT. Yes, ladies and gents you heard correctly, a silent pc.I’ve had this PC for around 5 months and it’s working perfectly. Have recommended this PC to others and will continue to do so.

My PC died and I wanted another Vibox cos that one was >10 years old. Arrived next day, and getting it up and running was very easy. Just remove the glass panel, take out the paperwork, and good to go!I wanted to add a HDD drive with all my old files. Wasn't the easiest thing as inside of desktops are a lot more sparse than last time I looked! I contacted Vibox and they replied immediately with suitable advice (attach it to the base, away from the SSD).PC is nice to look at, and very quiet, as well as being super-fast :-) Highly recommend.

I waited a week before writing a review to make sure I get the full use and experience out of it. I'm pleased to say it's fantastic. It's my first PC and it's incredibly easy to set up and use. All the games work super well on it and whatever use you want, you'll get full value from it. The keyboard and mouse, monitor and headset are all very nice. No issues with packaging, easy to set up (just get it out the box and connect all the cables; 10 minute job).With that being said, why is it 4 stars and not 5?First of, one of the HDMI jacks flat out doesn't work for some reason. So I have an extra monitor (which is connected to my laptop anyway) but I don't have that dual monitor use freedom I wanted to have with this PC. The monitor that came with the PC is brilliant; it would just be nice to use this PC with two monitors. I even tested the monitor I already had on the working jack and it worked fine. So the issue is the second jack. What's even stranger is that I bought an adapter to connect the two monitors to the working jack and even that didn't work. I tried detecting the second monitor manually on settings and that too didn't work. It's a slight inconvenience that I can live with but it's just disappointing. This PC can do everything but use two monitors which is a strange problem. Could be a fault or it could be a feature.Secondly, just so you guys are aware, the microphone and headphone jacks that are separate. Again, this issue was mitigated by the seller as they included a headset with two jacks to plug in but just be aware that if you own a single jack headset and want to keep using it, you'll need a split adapter for it too (you can buy one cheap).That's all I have on it. we bought this machine for my parents as a xmas present so they can use it for shopping on online and youtube and what not there not gamers but the machine is more than powerful enough to play games at medium quailty really good price the machine was in the bundle extremely happy and impressed with it only thing wrong was the 4 pin cpu cable had come loose during shipping but cause i have a lot of about computer and used to assemble then and what not it was a dead easy fix other than that no issue at all.
