You have to build it, and has the option to be built to fit 2" hitch or 1 1/4" hitch. You also need a hitch pin to hold it in receiver. The background color is navy blue, not royal blue like in the image, but the navy matches the dark Penn state blue. Love it.

I bought this as a gift for my husband. He LOVES it! It seems sturdy. He put it on, very simple! I am thinking about finding one for me now! Something feminine from the same company. It came quickly and well packaged. Couldn't be happier!

I bought this to replace the one that broke when I backed into a wall. I like the simplicity, the plastic cover and how it bolts onto the hitch if you buy the bolt separate.

Feels great, looks great initially. A picture says 1000 words. Look elsewhere and buy somewhere else unless you want this type product to last no more than one year.

Still my original post disappointed with the finish- I live in the south so can’t blame salt….. finished extremely pitted and deteriorated.

Living in S FL now, I am up to my eyeballs in gators in more ways than one. I found similar products on my visits to home for $10-$15 more. Great quality and fast shipping. Tip: if you do not have a hitch pin (factory cover was plastic and clipped in) then you will need to purchase that also. I bought from my local auto parts store but may be available here also.Update 07/31/2020 - hitch cover itself has held up well but team color on product started to fade after about 5 years. While the black letter is still visible, the red has completely faded. The plastic cover over the emblem has "bubbled" with the sun and heat. Reducing rating but also considering price paid.

I'd suggest a locking hitch pin so this doesn't walk.Blue is actual dark blue, not the royal used on some other branded items. It makes the hitch more subdued and doesn't look gaudy.This is metal and holds up way better than the plastic/rubber junk.Good deal!
