Worked out well for what I needed. No issues in regards of the threads. Hold well and securely. Yes you got to make sure you are not sitting at one of the cut outs in the rails. Depending on your application keep that in mind. I used it on a 2018 Tacoma.

This was a great product, clean machined blocks, no sharp edges. Arrived in good time, bolts fit the T-blocks without binding at all. I was looking for a product that would work with the rail system in my Nissan Frontier, this one won't so will be returned. The description was fine, I was just hopeful.

These fit my 2018 Tacoma perfectly and when combined with the V rings I could get rid of the OEM cargo tie downs. You may want to use anti seize on the bolts to ease removal in the future.
