I had some reservations on this item as there are mixed reviews. As this was cheaper than other marketplace offers, I thought it was worth a try. I have had a fair bit of reoccurring neck trouble and spent a lot of money with the osteopaths. I find this device helps separate the discs and this in turn provides relief from my stiff neck and associated pain. Typically I use it two or three times a week, often after too much desk work an sometimes after a gym workout. I suspect I should use it a little more often. It does feel strange when you first use it and there is a feeling of tightness which could put you off. I soon got used to it. I find this device easier to use and a great alternative than trying to stretch my neck with traditional stretches.

Brilliant quality all round! I am so impressed!The material is very soft and velvety, and the support For the neck is excellent and sturdy.Very easy to use and what a difference it makes, this also really helped me stop looking down and making the neck strain worse.The price is very good especially compared to other lesser quality products that are twice the price!Very easy to use and inflate, it took me a minute to figure out the valve!

This really does help a lot with neck pain or pinched nerves. I’ve been using it recovering from an injury I got playing rugby. But I’m on my 3rd one now. They develop pin holes and don’t hold air after a couple weeks of everyday use.

This traction device is absolute rubbish. First of all the straps are too short to reach the velcro on the other. side so I cant close it. As for the fit, it is not around my neck but right up almost to the top of my head. This means my neck has no support and my head is not resting on it but completely in it. I don't know how long and thin a neck you would need to be able to use this as depicted in pictures and instructions. Once your head is enveloped in the device there is no restricted movement of the neck. If you wore it to sleep in I would be worried about suffocating in the night since neck movement is not restricted and the straps are not long enough you could easily twist it around your mouth and nose. A complete waste of money and certainly NOT medical grade in my opinion.

I bought this for my mum who's in her late sixties. She checked with her doctor first before she used it. She has found it easy to use, and most importantly eases her neck pain. Her tension headaches have drastically reduced, she uses this twice a day at the moment and as its so portable she takes it everywhere with her. She doesn't need to fully inflate it as she has quite a short neck, the support it gives her is invaluable. I wish I had bought it for her a long time ago. I'm going to buy one for myself.

This is a hard one it seems to work in relieving neck pain but when i put it on and pump it up it get to a certain point and there is still give in the neck support and my eyes start to feel funny like they are being squeezed out of my head and i get a head ache, if i put less air in it, it does'nt seem to work as well at relieving the pain. Also works well when i wear it while doing sit up as i always have my neck in wrong position.

Initially I was quite sceptical as to how effective this would be. However, it works well. Gives huge relief to neck and associated arm pain. One pro/con is that additional relief is gained from the warmth the collar creates, but the material doesn’t breath so the heat is trapped and can get a little uncomfortable. I don’t think I could wear it for long in full summer heat. Unfortunately, the air hose has parted company with the collar after only 10 days. So will be returning item.
