Q: Can you spray water sealer or stain for a fence from this?

Hey Firedutyonly, You should be able to spray sealants and other liquids on your fence with this sprayer however, for fence painting, I would recommend a dedicated paint sprayer to achieve an optimal finish. If you spray sealants with this sprayer, I would strongly recommend thoroughly cleaning the sprayer to avoid buildup internally. Q: Can this be used with Phos-Chek fire retardant ?

I don't know, but I doubt it. The product is not designed for viscous fluids of any kind. It handles water and herbicide additives well though.

Q: i'm looking to use to water freshly laid sod does anyone think this is a reliable application for this product use ?

Water can be used in this sprayer and we have had customers use this sprayer to water plants and shrubs so grass will work
