I have been using Bergamot for the past 6 months. I am happy to say that in that time my bad LDL cholesterol has lowered from 155 to146, my total cholesterol reduced from 236 to 226, and my good HDL remains the same at 55mg. I want to continue using this brand, as it is working for me.

Started this in April with bad Cholesterol at 218. Had my physical 9/27 and cholesterol at 189. blood pressure 120/80. Cant beat that!!!My doctor thinks I am taking the awful statin she prescribed! But it was only taking this once per day even tho I still didn't eat quite healthy the whole time. I will continue to take these as a part of my healthy supplements to take.

Cholesterol levels down 20 percent after 3 months with this. Add Artichoke Leaf extract for more punch. Better than statins but first ask your doc about this of course. It's about the biggest dose of flavenols you can buy.

I ordered my 2nd bottle recently. I have not gotten my blood drawn yet to see if my cholesterol is lower. I will let you know once I do.

I honestly adore this product. I take it with my Earl Gray and Green tea concoction a couple of times a day, and I can see it working on my skin right away. It's a beautiful product that works.

I got a painful cramp in my leg after taking it so I’m not sure if I’m keeping it or not.
