Conceptually the mat works, but there are other issues and I don't recommend it.Pro:1) does trap a lot of litter and can be pretty easily emptied back into the litter boxCons:1) it comes folded/creased in the packaging causing the hexagonal mat part to never quite lay flat against the backing, sure you can put the heavy litter box over part of it to keep it down, but then you are wasting part of the litter catching mat under the litterbox, it would be better if they rolled it.2) my cat seems to have easily torn up the hexagonal foam (see photo), this has me very concerned about the durability of the mat and for the safety of my cat.

Like other reviewers reported, it comes folded up so tightly that it is deformed when unfolded. It will NOT lay flat. The honeycomb pattern on the surface is made of a soft foam, it is not made of stretchable material that will “bounce back” over time. If you look closely at the creases, you can clearly see the fading and discoloration of the honeycombs along the outer fold resulting from being “stretched,” and “bunching up” of the honeycomb structures along the inner creases from being compressed along the inner fold. This is structural damage. (I tried to capture images close up, but the honeycomb pattern is very small, I couldn’t get a decent shot close enough that isn’t blurry.) Truthfully, this product should NOT be sold in its current packaging!!

I had high hopes to help the amount of tracking of litter in my bathroom. The litter can fall through the holes, but mainly is still tracked through the bathroom and house. Ontop of that, now with litter being on the mat, my cats think they can use it to go to the bathroom on.The colour matches my bathroom and it is a neat design, but it does not work as expected at all.

Unfortunately this is packaged such that it is folded in half twice and it’s completely mis-shapened and will not lay flat when you take it out of its package. I’ve tried placing other heavy things on top of it to get it to flatten out and it helped a little but still won’t lay flat. If they would package and ship it rolled up rather than folded that would solve the problem. Otherwise, it would be a great products and like the way that you can easily dump the litter back into the box.

I've bought a few different versions of this kind of mat, but this was is the best. The honeycomb holes are better than any other design, and this one is so to step on, yso obviously softer for kitty paws. I have a ZERO litter on my floor since I got it. I also appreciate the color and size range this company offers. A note: the pale blue is not as pale as shown, would have preferred that, but it's such a great mat that I don't care. I've added some pix in different light. Really good product!

This product works very nicely at keeping the sand on this mat rather then getting it tracked all over the house. My concern was how it would handle use over time and how well it would handle messes and cleanups. I'm happy to report that the mat takes all kinds of abuse by the felines and can be taken outside and cleaned then air dried and then placed back in use and it looks and works just like new. Thanks, this product works better than anticipated.

My cat seemed to think they were some strange new kind of bed for him as he took to laying/sleeping on them as I left them out for a couple days to flatten out from shipping. Otherwise they are obviously of excellent quality, easy to clean, and an overall good value for my money. Should keep my litter box corner much more tidy from here on out!

Ahí nos estábamos acomodando, uno de los tipos de arena es bastante grande que para ese el tapete me fue inútil, pero para el tipo de arena aglutinante normal funciona magnífico!Ahora está solo una caja de arena sobre él y la verdad es que me ahorra mucho trabajo

Cumple muy bien con su función y es bastante fácil de limpiar y remover la arena que cae adentro. Lo único que no me gustó es que viene muy doblado en el empaque por lo cual devolverlo a su forma original cuesta mucho tiempo o trabajo, ya que esos dobleces a veces hacen que la arena no caiga bien al principio.

Es muy fácil de limpiar y practico además que mantiene la arena de los gatos en el tapete

Retiene de manera efectiva la arena sin que se riegue!

Tal y como lo describen dejo el gatito de dejar regada aren apor todos lados, ojalá hicieran el aparte en tamaño un poco más pequeño
