Progressive International Onion Keeper

We had one of these for years and it finally broke so I replaced it with this one. It is very good quality and perfect for keeping the onion smell out of the fridge.

I’ve got two of these now since I often have both red and yellow onions I need to store. It contains the smell and helps them last longer. Very pleased!

I've had one of these for 20+ years and the rubber top had split in multiple spots. So happy I found the updated version on Amazon that has the metal center in the lid.

I am happy I no longer have to throw a half of an onion away. It is a container that lives up to its name, and is easy to open and close. The fridge smells like it should! NO SMELL!

Air tight and keeps whatever you put in fresh. I'm buying a second one for my tomatoes.

I was looking for an airtight container for partially used onions, since I take a slice and put the rest back into the fridge. It takes me a week or two to get through an onion. BUT, I buy the large, sweet onions and these bowls will not hold them. I even bought a smaller onion, thinking I needed to find onions that fit the bowl, but even those wouldn't fit into the bowl, with room to allow the lid to go on it. They just need to make a larger size for those of us who buy the big 4"+ onions. This one is only 2.5" high and 4" wide. I need a bowl that's 5" high AND wide, WITH the lid on.

This purchase was a replacement as the lid of my original one split after at least 10 years. I love this container for left over raw onion. It seems to absorb the smell so it goes in the fridge. I was really happy when I saw it was available on amazon.

There is no container that keeps onion smell from contaminating everything in the fridge like this little container. I now have 2 because they work so well, Just be careful when removing lid not to split it, slowly and carefully remove

I love this because most Tupperware or store brand plastic containers retain the onion smell. This one does not. I’ve used it a few times now and I wash it as normal and it does not stink like onion after great value for its dollar $20 might seem a lot for a container but it’s worth it.!

I have had a couple of these for 8-10 yrs and have used them for just about everything (including onions). Just for the heck of it I once put a quartered up lemon in one and after 3 weeks it was still as fresh as the day I cut it. Also works for celery and carrot sticks, radishes, garlic. ginger and many other fresh veggies
