I’m sorry to say, I cannot recommend these. I was trying to save some money by going with a less expensive option, but I shouldn’t have cheaped out! I’ve been taking B-100 for years and it noticeably helps with my energy level, especially in the afternoon “sluggish” time if I take it with lunch. However, this supplement did not do anything noteworthy. I didn’t finish the bottle and have since gone back to a brand I know and trust. I highly recommend taking a B-100 vitamin, which gives you 100mg of all the B vitamins. But go with Spring Valley or Nature Made or another band you know makes quality products.

Swanson products are great.....even more so now that you can get many products on Amazon. The B-100 isnot easy to find. My doctor suggested it since I have nerve damage from a recent fall. This is the max limit that insures that you won't over dose especially on B-6...which more than 200 mg can cause nerve damage...well from some cases....it will give you a boost with out the jitters....Bronson products are another trusted source.....and reasonable...

I love that I found these B100 Capsules .... I'm allergic to Vegetarian capsules so I'm thrilled. If you are looking for a B100's Vitamin. I'm buying this one from now on. My Dr. put me on these years ago after my Kids so I need it. I'm giving it a A+.
