Been taking it daily for a couple of weeks now and honestly, I'm surprised and impressed. I work a lot with functional ingredients in my professional life, but since typically saffron is a more expensive spice, we don't see it incorporated into products so I had no idea of the multi-varied benefits. It's sort of too early to make a bold statement, but I have noticed a significant decrease in appetite. Currently only down three pounds, but if I'm consistent, I think I should be able to drop 10, which prior to this seemed almost insurmountable (I already eat pretty healthily, don't drink a lot of alcohol, drink decaf coffee, and workout 3-5 times a week).Really grateful for this special spice!!

So I got this for weight loss help. To curb my appetite. The pill is tiny. It helps with snacking. It really helped with balancing out my mood. I had read that in other reviews but was not expecting as much balance. Definitely will continue to buy for mood. This was not overwhelming helpful for weightloss / appetite suppressant.

It's supposed to help with appetite control and eye health but I'm not it works for either of these.

If you have bought the Nuture Nutri Organics Saffron Supplements in the past and wondered where it went? Well this appears to be the same product, they seem to have re-branded but the manufacturer is the same.

I'm not a person who drinks anything containing caffeine. I have taken many supplements that were supposed to increase energy through vitamins or herbs. This is the first supplement that gives me a huge boost in energy and stamina. I didn't see a lot of reviews about it helping increase energy, but it has worked great for my body!

I purchased this to help curb my appetite. I go to the gym 3/4 times a week and I needed some extra help. It didn’t help with that but, I did notice an improvement with my eye sight. I also noticed my mood is a lot better too.

I had read an article on the benefits of taking a saffron supplement, this product lives up to expectations. The article talked about how it relaxes you, helps you sleep (which I have had trouble with for years), improves your mood & a pleasant side effect is you may loose a little weight.

Received the bottle and noticed there’s no plastic safety ring on it. Okay, no problem, I’m sure it’s sealed under the cap. Removed the cap and I see pills; no seal at all! Looked down inside and immediately noticed two completely different capsule types/sizes. What in the world….Went on Oculus Organics website and I don’t even see a listing for Saffron Extract. Inspecting my order closer I see that this item isn’t even sold by Oculus Organics but by some third party reseller who only features jewelry on their store page. It is really concerning that this listing was marked as Amazon’s preferred pick for “saffron extract”.Needless to say I will be contacting Oculus Organics to inform them of this and returning this random, opened, grab bag of unidentifiable pills to Amazon.
