I have been using Biotin for several years, but about a few months ago, my gray/white hair is changing its color to light brown, then dark brown, and then now black,which is my natural color when I was young. It is now my whole head is no longer white, instead it is brown and black and there are still some gray/white among them, but I feel they are all going to turn to black. I like this so that I no longer color my hair, but is it supposed to happen by taking biotin? I am quite puzzled. Please help me understand this. Yoko Okanuma

Biotin stopped my loss of hair, but I haven't noticed much in the way of hair growth. I f you take it just before you eat instead of 20-30 minutes before you eat, does that affect its ability to improve hair growth?

I've been using this product for about a week and I have seen a difference in my nails. They are beginning to grow again after being very weak and always peeling. My hair seems to be benefiting from it as well....looks and feels better. I have had trouble with losing my hair and I think it is too soon to notice too big of a difference yet..however, I don't seem to be losing as much in the shower or when I brush. Hope this continues!!

My hair was thinning on top, I started taking Biotin about a year ago, my hair has improved an thickened up.

I was recommended by my general practicioner to take these at least 12,000 mcg. a day. This was the maximum potency that I could find. He wanted me to take it for hair loss. My hair is thinning around my bangs. I have been taking these for 4 or 5 months now and it appears that they are helping, my hair loss doesn't seem to be as much. I'm praying for good things.

I just got the Biotin Max Strength a couple days ago. To try out as I have been researching to see which would do a good job in growing back my hair. I have been losing a lot of my hair in the past couple years, so I'm about to try this to see if it works. I will keep you in form to how things are going. I read all reviews and they sound promising.
