The vitamins came in a day early. I have been very sluggish and out of it. I have 3 kids and I'm in my 20's so I've been looking for a vitamin to give me that perk up... I have found it! I can't complain was worth the money.

I love that each dose is separated in its own little package. I can just grab a few and stuff on my suitcase when traveling. Pickup and head out the door in a hurry. Will purchase again before I run out.

I compared this to the Wellness Pack for 50+ and the difference in the overall vitamins is small but this pack offers the Omegas and Turmeric which are important for inflammation, especially since I was in a motorcycle accident with a semi-truck. I use these in conjunction with Glucosamine and I only have to use the occasional Advil Duo for pain relief. These are a really good supplement.

Needed vitamins for my health and I can definitely see a positive outcome since drinking these vitamins!

Received in the mail via prime on 2/26 and they are basically expired; emptied the box to fill my container I usually keep on counter and threw away not realizing the expiry until taking this am so I am unable to return.
