Vegan Mexican must have
So, I love food.I love Animals. And I get asked daily what do I eat... Well, I always wanted a Vegan Mexican cooking book, because I have a regular Mexican Bible and I find it hard to replace the ingredients keeping the consistency and the results..but,Oh Boy, this guy is s genius: it's like if we had a chat about my old time favourite things and at the end of it he said to me:"You know what? I am going to put all these recipes in a book for you.."Compassion reigns, and I will never be hungry for Mexican food again 😁

Tasty Mexican vegan
I gave this to my veggie, soucy food loving girlfriend.I would rate this down because my girlfriend doesn't feed me enough tasty Mexican vegan food but being morbidly obese it's probably for the best. She was more than happy with it.To my knowledge she's used it a fair few times without any disasters or complaints.Good job!

Really great book with lots of recipes
Really great book with lots of recipes. Many fairly easy to do. I also love the explanations within each chapter. I do feel like it does tend to lean to 'typical' Mexican cuisine (Tacos, enchiladas etc) but nevertheless very good.

Stellar piece of culinary literature
What a beautiful book. I was raised on this when I wasn't doing plant based. I always thought proper Mexican food can be made vegan and this book is a proof of that. From the history, going through the elements, tools, ingredients and recipes, this is a fantastic book. Even (especially) if you have never cooked real Mexican food.Thank you so much for writing this book senor Wyrick.
