I receive compliments almost every time I wear it. Super comfortable and cute. While it is not waterproof, it does protect my hair from tangles. I wet and condition my hair before putting it on, and it does protect from chlorine damage. I have seen a noticible improvement in my hair quality since wearing it. Liked it so much I purchased another in a solid color.

Too tight for my head.

Perfect for my aerobic time in the pool. Wanted something to protect my hair from the sun. Not for swimming and will not keep hair dry.

Like the style, BUT it does not keep your hair dry. I'm not saying it dunked my head and my hair got wet. Simple splashing soaked my head. So if you want to make a fashion statement, this is a great product. Love the fit. Easy to put on and take off. HOWEVER if you want to keep your hair dry while swimming, you will need to wear something underneath or something else all together.

The white keeps me cool. The hat stays on just fine in the pool. I don’t gamble loosing it in the beach waves.

Actually exceeds my expectations! I haven't swam with it yet but I use it as a shower cap for my plentiful dreads. It is indeed expandable, as I still have room to spare up top! The headband is elastic so it'll fit any forehead snugly and will comfortably keep the larger cap in place. It's cloth so it's machine washable. I've never had a hair cap like this, so it makes a wonderful impression. Highly recommended for those with lots of thick hair!
