Return process is hell. Last 3 days I am struggling with customer care and return pickup team. Eventhough pickupscheduled after technical team verification, pick team denied to take it from home. Seems Communication gap between amazon technical team and return pickup team. My personal opinion is don't go with online for laptop purchase. If every goes well is fine. if not, return process is hell. Amazon team need to streamline the return process of laptop

Good product
It's a good laptop, was slow in the beginning but as it finished setting up it became really fast. We have observed that it's maximum battery life is for 3 hours. Graphics is really good. Would recommend it.
