I have found this product is not working properly. The battery needs to charged everyday and water keeps on stopping need to press it again and again. I have been already ysing this kind of product but this one is not good

Terrible product, battery went out in a few weeks, had to throw it out myself.

The product came in a good package and after i took out it for charge it was also charging nicely but the silicone pipe was very much folded on the sides and the metal pipe was very loose it did not hold the metal pipe well it came out very easily and when i put the metal pipe and tested it with water the water was leaking through the space between the metal pipe and the hole in the dispenser

We bought this to eliminate the use of one time use water bottles in our house because they don’t offer a recycling service at our apartment and packing the bottles up every week to drop off was getting excessive (as was the amount of bottles we blew through!). This hold a charge amazingly and is so simple to use! The water flows so smoothly and the overall quality of the performance is fantastic! Its sleek appearance definitely has guests asking for the Amazon link! 10/10 would recommend!

While it is slightly loud, and splashes a bit more than I’d prefer, I love this pump. It’s the best purchase I’ve made in a while. I was sick of buying so many jugs of water, or water bottles, or filter replacements. I decided a 5 gal jug and one of these pumps had to be a better solution, and I was right! It comes with two adapters for a snug fit.The charge lasts a long time, I have had to charge it once in the last month. The slow is fast, but again it is a bit splashy but that’s hardly a big deal. The sound is louder than expected, so if you live with a light sleeper it may not be ideal for late night water refills. Would definitely buy again.

Great little gadget. Easy price point, tested it, charged it fully, and now I'm about 3 weeks out and still haven't needed to recharge it.So simple my 1 year old can fill her cup up. Fairly slow pressure though... seems quicker to just turn on the taps if I'm desperate. Secondly it doesn't really screw on my standard spring water jug. Anyhow its still better than the ugly expensive white towers that take up too much space. Xoxo gossip girl

I bought this to use on my water container when camping. It works perfectly. The charge lasts plenty long enough for a single person. I suppose if I were out for a month that might change, but for a week, no problem. I also like that it's a push button; no need to turn nozzles. It's not silent when running, but that's not an issue for me.I wish the adapters fit my Ozark Trail container, but I'm able to balance it well enough to use it. I measured the opening, but I can't get it to fit.
