SwimWays Baby Spring Float Sun Canopy, Blue

This thing is amazing!! We had ordered it to go away to Cuba for my 10 month old daughter and it worked amzingly!! My daughter just loved it!! The canopy works amazing, you can direct it in almost any position. Everyone on the resort just thought it was amazing as well!

This floaty is awesome. Super easy to inflate. Took like 4-5 breaths. The canopy is very sturdy and stays upright!! Also, can snap it back for angled sun exposure! I did not want to spend as much as I did on this floaty, but after reading some of the other canopy reviews I figured I’d try this one. So happy with the decision. My daughter is a tall 9 months and it kept her out of the water but also close enough so she can play. Seems like a good design and quality and deflates and folds up easily for storage and transport.

LOVE LOVE LOVE This Float! I was tempted to buy the one with all the extra toys on it, but this one is perfect for my 11mo son. He LOVES to splash the water that comes up in the white ring area, plus I think those extra toys on the other floats would distract him from interacting with us as much as he does and I would even say that it would make him angry if those toys did not detach. This float keeps the afternoon sun off of him when he has his back to it. I also like that the side of the sun shade is sheer so he can see us from almost every angle. The canopy is detachable if we ever want to not use it. You do have to blow up the outer blue ring and the inner red seat and they provide enough support to keep my baby steady in the water. I am a little worried about strenuous use on the fabric that the seat and fabric between the red and blue rings have. It is a very lightweight yet sturdy fabric that has a bunch of holes in it, I would keep this up off of the concrete around the pool just incase. Don't get me wrong, I do not think that this fabric would rip with my baby inside of it, I just think that it could snag on the concrete (like the way women's bathing suits would) and I would NOT put my little man in there in just a swim diaper! He kicks a lot and the area where his legs rest could really tear up his inner legs so he always wears swim trunks. This would not work for a little girl unless she is wearing swim trunks. You do need two people to get the baby in the float, one to hold it steady in the water and to guide the feet, the other to lower the baby into the seat. When my little man is in it, his lower body floats to the back and sometimes he ends up in a somewhat horizontal position, but the red area of the seat blows up to keep his chest up out of the water so I don't have to worry too much about him doing a face plant into the water and breathing it in. He can reach the water if he really really wanted to, but you should ALWAYS be supervising your child so it should not be a problem if you keep a close eye on them. We are right there in the water next to him the entire time anyway so this is a great float for us.
