I ordered this a few days back and the delivery was very fast.. I got two packets of raw sunflower seeds 500gm in each packet. The packaging was very well done. It was totally value for money. The seeds were very fresh. This is one of the most healthiest food.. Its also known as super food as its rich in nutrients and vitamins.
