I bought this hat for my adult son to wear for a Murder Mystery Orient Express train dinner party that we are having. I didn’t want to spend a lot of money but I really didn’t want the orange/yellow stripes shown in the picture. This hat went on sale and I decided I’d just make do, after all it’s just a one time costume. Shipping was so fast! It arrived next day.I’m more than very happy with my purchase. The ribbon trim and letters on the hat are both gold, not the orange pictured. The hat is big on my small head and there is an elastic band in the back. I’m positive that this will fit my adult son just fine. This hat would be huge for a child.The quality seems fine for a costume hat. It’s very lightweight, all the stitches are good and it’s sturdy enough to keep its shape.

I ordered this hat for my 3 year old son - and was very pleased. The quality is good for the price. I've never seen anything like this in the stores, and was thrilled to find this one. It was just a little big for him - but that will just make it last longer. He'll get a lot of play out of this!

I bought this for my son's 4th birthday party. It was polar express themed and he wanted to be the conductor. The words and bands are gold and it looks great. He also wore it on the polar express ride and so many people gave compliments. it is a little big for his head but it just means it will fit him for a long time.

We rented a theatre for my daughters birthday so they could invite all of their friends. Since it’s Christmas time we watched Polar Express and my husband (who’s a good sport) wore this hat with a suit and black tie. He stood at the entry to the auditorium and punched the kids Polar Express tickets as they entered. This hat made the outfit!

Its a very cute hat, but its TINY!! It says its an adult hat, but its really a kids size. I bought it as a gift for my dad, and it fit my 1 year old son. Its adorable tho, and would make a great gift for a child.

This is a cheap, poorly constructed conductor cap made of thin questionable material. The yellow stripes aregold colored wrapping ribbon, glued on to the cap I assume. The word conductor is stenciles in a non-matching color to the ribbion. The letters appear green. The shape of the cap is marginal and the material is razor thin. The top of the cap along with its liner is so thin, you can hold it up to a light and it shines through both layers of fabric. I see that it is advertsied as regulary $22.99 for $18.99. A few weeks back you could have purchased the same cap on PRIME for$12.99. Unless you absolutely have to have this particular cap, shop elsewhere. That's just my personal opinion, but that's how I see it.

I used the conductor hat for a recent event and it was a hit! The picture on amazon doesn't do justice to the actual hat. I thought the quality wouldn't be great for the price but it was the exact opposite. For the price, less the 10 bucks the quality was excellent. The hat is sturdy and durable. I definitely recommend it. Great quality!
