GIGABYTEB560 AORUS PRO AX (LGA 1200/ Intel/ B560/ ATX/Triple M.2/ PCIe 4.0/ USB 3.2 Gen2X2 Type-C/Intel WiFi 6/2.5GbE LAN/Motherboard)

I have 2x8 3600Mhz ram sticks on this motherboard and when I try to enable the XMP profile to raise the speed from the default (2667Mhz) to the full speed, it refuses to post. I can get the ram to 3200Mhz in the control center but that's it. Hoping for a BIOS update soon, might want to wait for that if you plan to have faster RAM than 3200MhzEdit: So it turns out you can only overclock the CPU and memory (RAM) on this board if you have an 11th gen Intel CPU, not 10th or below. This is why I can't get my full memory speed, as I have a 10700k. If you want to overclock both of those aspects on a 10th gen Intel CPU get a z490 or the same b560 board from ASRock does actually support 10th gen overclock, wish the specs were a little more clear. Other than that, very solid motherboard

Couldn't get the first one to work, ended up returning it. New one came and it works great, had to disable on/off by gigabyte and windows 10 fast start up to get it to boot properly after being shut down (it would boot and restart indefinitely until power was cut at the power supply).

Easy and packed full of the most advanced features. With the video card shortages and ridiculous prices it was nice to support dual monitors right from the motherboard. Works flawlessly with 11th i5.

Had to manually overclock ram voltage in order for it to run at 3200mhz 18 cl. Couldn't utilize full 3600 mhz. Shouldn't happen for this price. Good looking tho

This board is absolute trash. I bought two in a row and both were defective. The first one had tons of trouble booting and the sound output was dead, and the second one would not even turn on. Avoid this board at all costs and get MSI if you can.
