Q: Does this come down low on the back of your neck to cover a hairless neckline?

I had to send it back because it runs large. I don't believe it would come down low enough to cover.

Q: Is this free-return? some reviewers say it is not, but amazon says it's free-return.

It was too big for me so I took a tuck in the back. Needed it for one specific occasion. May not wear it again. Don't think I could get in a smaller size.
