It’s a nice addition to your cooling off arsenal but keep in mind it’s going to circulate whatever temperature air is around you, so it may not be very helpful in sweltering heat. That said, the design is nice and easy to use and it is effective at getting a breeze onto your face and neck. The noise is comparable to a laptop fan, definitely audible but if i had ear buds in I wouldn’t notice it. Happy with it!

The good, They can be worn many different ways, Like a crown backwards, upside down blowing down on chest, back whatever. A little to noisy . The design needs improvement for bigger people and adding vent groves around the inside instead of just a flat no circulation plastic piece in contact with skin can cut back on contact sweat spots.

it looks just like it looks in the pic, it takes 4 hours to charge, its kinda heavy, it has three fan speeds but the instructions say keep the charging port up and if u do that it does not work good at all like 1 star, but if you turn it uoside down it becomes 3 stars although i havnt used it outside yet. i wish i woulda bought one of the first ones i was looking at (that was water resistant with a long lasting battery) but i was in a rush and couldnt remember which one i liked best, and this one was an "amazon choice" so i figured it should be decent, but instructions said something about adjusting the fans by turning them but cant turn anything on this neck fan sooo..... yea overall i give it 2 stars because im afraid if i sweat it will break and its only effective inside on level 3 of 3 or high.the solid one works but if its hot its not all that and when your walking it just doesnt feel like its really blowing on you, if its hot outside.but the twisty on feels like your can angle it to get air to where youll feel it, i havent taken it for a walk yet.the big differences between the somid one and the twisty one is the weight and the breakability feeling. the twisty one doesnt feel like you are going to break it but the solid one does like if you try to twist it or shove it in a purse or backpack.but the twisty one which is just plyable on the back neck area is pretty decent. i do wish the air came out of the holes in the back neck area but hey its not too bad especially if you git a good deal on it.

I have only had this Neck Fan for one day and I have already used it 3 times! I'm in hot Florida. So far, I love it! Awesome for the price!

When doing Disney in 95 degree temps, let's face it, nothing will make you cool - but this helps. 3 settings and air blows almost all the way around.

It looks like the picture. It gives off good air so far. Would purchase more

This is a lifesaver! Having the vents go all the way around makes it feel like you’re wearing a little air conditioner. I’ve been using it at my daughters billion degree softball games, and it has saved me. The charge lasts a long time, even when you use it on full blast. I think I went to three games before it needed to be recharged. We also have the neck fans with the little fans on the end - the ones with the rotating fan blade inside. My daughters long hair would get caught in those - that doesn’t happen with this style. Just buy it - you’ll love it!

yes buy one... you cannot go wrong. great when outside and blows good air

This personal fan is going to be fantastic, if we ever get summer weather here. The 3speed fan is great. I love that it recharges on my computer. I highly recommend it.

product is noisy and weak, on highest setting its like turbines next to you ear. does not cool you down as much. save money and get a fan
