Anyone buy these recently (late 2022)? Any issues? Dead batteries or Bluetooth drop-outs?

Do these have THX certification on the box?

I have read some reviews about the sound of these not being loud enough, is this an on-going issue with these ear buds.

Faulty product

Left bud is not working, I ordered to UAE, but returning back to them is twice the money I purchased, so they(supplier) preplanned everything and send the faulty one!!!, I totally unsatisfied 😞😞
