ZenkerNon-Stick Carbon Steel Loaf Pan, 10-Inch x 4.4-Inch x 2.8-Inch

I guess I should have busted out my tape measure and done the measurements before I ordered this. It's way smaller than I thought and way shorter height wise.I bake my bread right at 450 degrees so I hope it doesn't melt on my bread. Fingers crossed

This is a good loaf pan, cheap and effective. The bread doesn't stick to it, and the size of the loaf it produces strikes a good balance between short 8.5 x 4.5 inch pans and commercial Pullman 16 x 4 sizes. A small family or avid bread-eating couple will find this 12x4 inch pan to be just right. Larger families - or those who want perfectly rectangular supermarket-style bread - will want a Pullman pan instead.

Great product! I love making 2 cakes at a time and freezing them. this way I always have a fresh cake "handy", whenever needed.I recommend using a plastic knife, to not damage the pan.

I'm torn between "I don't like it" and "it's okay" but disappointed in what I received. Construction is okay, quality reminds me of discount store items. I guess if I made more fruit cake it would be fine.

After a few years, the paint is coming off inside the pans. I love the size of these and how they cook long loaves.

This pan makes an outstanding "full length" loaf of bread for me. The non-stick surface releases very easily without spraying and cooking is even. It took me a few loaves to dial in the cooking time for perfection, which is about 35 minutes at 350-degrees (about 10 minutes longer). I'm quite glad I got it and use it several times a week!

Described as 12" x 5" x 3" but it comes clearly labeled as 12" x 4" x 2 3/4". Size may not matter to you, but a volume which is 27% smaller than advertised is not acceptable to me.I didn't attempt to use it since it wasn't what I wanted/needed, so I cannot comment on its quality.

I have a friend that makes wonderful Chilean Flan. After looking far and wide I found the pan she uses here on Amazon.So perfect!
