Great for Flu and Chest Colds
I am trained in Traditional Chinese Medicine and I keep this around to knock out cold and flu at the start of symptoms. This formula is traditionally made into capsules or pills because of the lengthy and rather complicated preparation if the raw medicinals and herbs are used. For me, it works better than Mucinex for loosening phlegm and it helps with fever (I don't tolerate aspirin, etc. very well). It's a great thing to have on hand in the medicine cabinet.

Not sure if the contents are legit but it did not help me whatsoever. Infact my phlegm got worse

These are not your regular chinese pills, they are made raw with no coating. They are also bigger in size and hard to swallow!
